Hi everybody, it’s Cassie from Helpertech and I’m just going to talk to you about some ear speaker repair that we can do on the iPhones. So, they do get dirty or they wear out. You’re talking on the phone and you can’t hear people, even when you’re in a quiet room. It doesn’t matter. It’s just the volume is so low, even though you’ve got it set as high as it can possibly go, you’re stuck having to talk to people on speaker. So you can’t really have any private conversations in you’re out in public.
That’s annoying, you want to get it fixed. Sometimes, that’s just dirt and different lint and crap has just built up in the screens, blocking sound. It is, as weird as it sounds, it happens. You just get too much in there. It’s kind of like a filter for your furnace. If you don’t change it, it can cause problems.
Sometimes the ear speaker does also just wear out. Parts wear out all the time. That is an easy fix. Generally only takes us like 15, 20 minutes to figure out which one it is. You guys can stop in, you don’t need an appointment. We’re open Monday through Friday ten to six and Saturday ten to three here in Burnsville.
