Get to Know Us
In 1988 Bob Brennan, CEO of International Office Technologies, began his career in the printer industry. Working as an independent sales representative for a startup company, he provided recycled and re-inked printer ribbons to businesses across the Twin Cities. Through the rest of the 80s and into the early 90s the business and industry would evolve with the introduction of monochrome laser printers, including popular brands like HP, Canon, Ricoh, Epson, and Lexmark.
In 1995 Bob decided to strike out on his own and create International Office Technologies Inc. Companies were emerging to offer supplies for printers, but he felt that something was missing. His vision was to make IOT a provider of a complete printing solutions not just another supplies vendor.
With a business model mapped out, he set up shop in the basement of his parents home, in West Saint Paul, MN. In between home cooked lunches and visits from the family dog he began to develop a total solution that could provide customers with both printer supplies and service & repair. He called it the Total Laser Care (TLC) Program and began introducing it to companies all over St. Paul and Minneapolis.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to lease a copier?
We see most of the monthly payments we do ranging between $97 to $197 per month. It really varies customer by customer and what the specific needs are, but typically a business can expect to be in the $100 to $200 per month range.
Should I buy a copier or lease a copier?
We usually recommend to our customers that look at an outright purchase for any copier priced $2,500 or less. If the copiers for sale are above $2,500, then it can make more sense to explore copier lease options instead.
Can I Lease a Used Copier
Absolutely! In fact, that is our recommendation. Copiers will last for hundreds of thousands, and even million, of pages. However, many new copiers are leased by large corporations and then swapped out every few years. We acquire those off-lease copiers that are in good condition and with low page counts, making them ideal for short term copier rentals. In our opinion, leasing these used copiers for short term is the best value for any small business as you get great current features at a fraction of the price compared to new, including options for both color and white printing.

About St Paul Minnesota
There are many things to do in the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota. If you are a dog enthusiast, not to worry, we have many things for your dogs here! Mostly off leash dog parks.
Saint Paul currently has four off-leash dog parks. Dogs are only allowed off-leash in the four dog parks listed below.
Arlington/Arkwright Dog Park, which is located on the corner of Arlington Ave and Arkwright St. The rectangular 4.5-acre plot of land provides wooded trails, open space, and a large bowl-shaped slope for dogs to roam around in.
Indian Mounds Regional Park is a public park in Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States, featuring six prehistoric Native American burial mounds overlooking the Mississippi River. The oldest mounds were constructed 1,500–2,000 years ago by people of the Hopewell tradition. Later the Dakota people interred their dead there as well. At least 31 more mounds were destroyed by development in the late 19th century. They were the tallest Native American mounds in Minnesota or Wisconsin (except for the unique 45-foot (14 m) Grand Mound outside International Falls, Minnesota), and comprise one of the northwesternmost Hopewellian sites in North America. Indian Mounds Regional Park is a component of the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area, a unit of the National Park System. The Mounds Group is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 2014 nomination document provides a description of the archaeology and the context.
The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts is located in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota and hosts a variety of performing arts, such as touring Broadway musicals, orchestra, opera, and cultural performers. It serves as a home to several local arts organizations, including the Minnesota Opera, The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, and The Schubert Club. Jamie Grant is currently the President and CEO. Rod Kaats is the Producing Artistic Director.
St. Paul Civic Center was an indoor arena that was part of the RiverCentre. The arena opened on January 1, 1973, and had seating capacity of approximately 16,000 for hockey. The Civic Center was the home of both iterations of the Minnesota Fighting Saints of the WHA—the first from 1973 to 1976 and the second from 1976 to 1977. The arena was renamed the RiverCentre in the mid-1990s. The arena was torn down in 1998 to make way for the Xcel Energy Center which opened in 2000. The boys’ state high school hockey and basketball tournaments were also held at the Civic Center as well as three NCAA Frozen Four national ice hockey championships. The arena was also the home of Verne Gagne’s American Wrestling Association (AWA).
The arena was unique in North America in that the hockey dasher boards were made of clear acrylic glass from the shelf all the way down to the ice. This was because the arena’s seating configuration was round, and the closest seats between the blue lines were not flush against the boards. The clear boards made for better sightlines for most spectators seated between the blue lines, since the seating angles in the Civic Center were shallow. The clear boards were replaced with standard white dashers boards when the Minnesota Moose of the International Hockey League played there, as the team needed to be able to sell advertising on the boards. This wrecked the sightlines for what should have been the best seats, and this illustrated that Saint Paul needed a new arena with appropriately-designed seating.
In 1998 the NHL expansion team Minnesota Wild announced a lease to play in St. Paul until 2030. The St. Paul Civic Center started demolition shortly thereafter. The Xcel Energy Center opened in 2000, and it sits on the site of the Civic Center.

The layout of city streets and roads has often drawn complaints, but don’t let that discourage you from finding the best commercial printers for rent. He later apologized, though people had been complaining about the fractured grid system for more than a century by that point. When it comes to finding the top commercial printers for rent, St. Paul offers a variety of options. Outside of downtown, the roads are less confusing, but most roads are named, rather than numbered, increasing the difficulty for non-natives to navigate. So, whether you’re a local or just visiting, take advantage of the many commercial printers for rent in St. Paul.

Can copier rental be a good test drive before I buy?
In most cases no. Most dealer’s will demo the device with a small “delivery fee”. Typically, that fee will be waived if you purchase the copier. That being said, if you’re looking for a short run “production” situation that might lead to a purchase, it might make more sense to rent it vs demo for office use. In most cases, if you explain to the dealer what your objectives are they can guide you to either demo or rent.

In this article, we shall be talking about the weather and climate in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the Twin Cities metropolitan area, as a whole. If you are in need of commercial printers for rent, this is the place to be. Now, without further ado, let me describe to you the climate and weather in this area.
The climate of Minneapolis–Saint Paul is the long-term weather trends and historical events of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area in east-central Minnesota. If you are a business owner in need of commercial printers for rent, this area may be perfect for you. Minneapolis and St. Paul, together known as the Twin Cities, is the core of the 15th largest metropolitan area in the United States. With a population of 3.6 million people, the region contains approximately 60% of the population of Minnesota. Due to its location in the northern and central portion of the U.S., the Twin Cities has the coldest average temperature of any major metropolitan area in the nation. If you need to rent commercial printers, be sure to keep in mind that winters can be cold, summer is warm to hot and frequently humid, snowfall is common in the winter and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall occur during the spring, summer, and autumn. Though winter can be cold, the area receives more sunlight hours in mid-winter than many other warmer places. So, if you need commercial printers for rent, consider the Twin Cities area.Looking for top-notch commercial printers for rent in St. Paul? You’re in luck. While the climate in the Twin Cities can be unpredictable, finding reliable copier leasing options is a breeze. As you navigate your search, keep in mind that the humid continental climate of St. Paul is known for its extreme weather patterns. Despite being located farther from the equator than Florida, the Twin Cities boasts a hotter all-time record high temperature of 108 °F (42 °C). But don’t let the heat deter you – with the right copier leasing options, your business can thrive in any weather. And when it comes to winter months, the Twin Cities are among the coldest in the continental US, rivaling even Anchorage, Alaska. So, whether you’re braving the heat or the cold, count on St. Paul’s top commercial printers for rent to keep your business running smoothly.ole. The Twin Cities can also experience droughts, floods, and on average are windier than Chicago, Illinois (the “Windy City”, although that is not the origin of the phrase).
Because of its location in the center of North America, the Twin Cities region is subjected to some of the widest range of temperatures in the United States. Temperatures in the Twin Cities region range from an average of 15.6 °F (−9.1 °C) in January to 73.8 °F (23.2 °C) in July. This makes it a great location for businesses to rent commercial printers for rent and keep their printing operations running smoothly and efficiently. With no natural barriers to block cold air from pouring south from Canada, the Twin Cities are subjected to many arctic air masses throughout the winter months. These arctic air masses bring with them cold temperatures and sometimes strong winds, which can make it difficult for businesses to maintain their printing equipment. But with the availability of top-of-the-line commercial printers for rent, companies can ensure that their printing needs are met even during the harshest winter months. The Twin Cities has a comparable average summer temperature to other nearby metropolitan areas such as Chicago, but the arctic outbreaks during the winter push the average winter temperature of the Twin Cities below that of Chicago’s. That’s why it’s important for businesses in the area to consider renting commercial printers for rent to ensure their printing needs are met year-round. During summer months, Minneapolis can be subject to hot temperatures from May to September, and high humidity. But with the right commercial printers for rent, businesses can stay cool and productive even during the hottest months of the year.
